Room rental - single-person accommodation
Due to the proximity of companies such as Krka, Revoz, TPV, Adria, Novak, etc., our location is perfect for single-person accommodation. At 1.5 km (Revoz d.d. and TPV d.o.o.) and 3 km (Krka d.d. and Adria Mobil d.o.o.), these companies are a walking distance away, which is ideal for anyone working there. All apartments have been recently renovated and furnished with each tenant having their own bed and wardrobe, while sharing the kitchen, dining room and a spacious bathroom areas with a toilet and shower with two other flatmates. Each room also includes cable TV with a modern LED screen.
The apartments are spacious and light with a refurbished heating and cooling system. The monthly rent cost includes all running costs, such as electricity, water and heating. Each month, the apartments are thoroughly clean and the bedding changed. In addition, the cost of rent also includes broadband wireless internet and parking space.

You can rent a single room in recently renovated house.
Each room includes single bed, wardrobes, table and chairs.
Big kitchen, bathroom area and toilet area are common, but you have your own space in kitchen, there are 4 toilets and 4 showers.

Our apartments are also available for rent for longer periods of time for any number of guests from 1 to 8 persons. Due to our unique locations, our apartments are often rented by companies for their employees or business partners.
